    • Rosemount Tank Gauging System


    The Rosemount Tank Gauging System is mainly used for storage tank gauging within Tank Terminals and Refineries, and it consists of a large number of products to be combined to meet your requirements. The TankRadar level gauges and the other measurement devices, together with the TankMaster software, are integrated in the system to provide the best installed accuracy for product volume.

    Raptor is a complete and flexible new tank gauging system, based on the open industry standard FOUNDATION™ fieldbus, designed to be used for both custody transfer, inventory and operational control at tank terminals and refineries.



    Wireless Rosemount Tank Gauging System

    The Rosemount TankRadar Rex and Pro tank gauging system from Emerson now includes Emerson Smart Wireless functionality. High precision tank gauging with better inventory and loss control can be made available anywhere on the plant at a much smaller cost than before.


    TankRadar Rex Level Gauge

    TankRadar Rex is the excellent choice for custody transfer and inventory applications. The system includes products for level, temperature, pressure and water level measurement. The radar level gauge has an accuracy of ± 0.5 mm (5/256 in.). It is available with different antennas for various applications: RTG 3920, RTG 3930, RTG 3950 and RTG 3960. TankRadar Rex can emulate level gauges from other vendors. In addition to measuring level, TankRadar Rex is also approved as an overfill protection device.


    Overfill Protection

    All Rosemount Tank Gauging level gauges are approved for overfill alarm by TÜV and API 2350. This means no independent overfill alarm is required. Each tank, both fixed and floating roof tanks, is equipped with one Rex radar gauge plus one Rosemount 5400. The 5400 transmitter gives alarm output to the separate emergency shutdown system.


    TankRadar Pro Level Gauge

    TankRadar Pro is a powerful multi-purpose radar level gauge for all types of applications, and it is an excellent choice for inventory control.
    The system includes products for level and temperature measurement.
    The radar level gauge has an accuracy of ± 3 mm (0.12 in.). It is available with a wide range of antennas for various applications. In addition to measuring level, TankRadar Pro is also approved as an overfill protection device.


    TankMaster Operator Interface Software

    TankMaster is an excellent choice for inventory calculations/control and alarm handling. The powerful and easy-to-configure inventory calculations support the most commonly used API and ISO tables.
    It can provide data over a network, via Modbus and/or OPC, to host systems or an unlimited number of TankMaster clients.
